The Southern countryside and the stilt houses along the Tien and Hau rivers are always the beauty that is attached to the author’s peaceful memories. This is the riverside scene of Mai Dam wharf, Cai Dau. To admire and feel all the peace from the Southern stilt houses, the artist went by boat from the river bank, listening to the gentle waves of the alluvial water and the fresh breeze under the shade of trees, coconut palms. No car smoke, no factory… The peaceful homeland is like that. I hope to preserve the rustic beauty of our Vietnamese people. I feel really wonderful and peaceful to the point of being strange.
