Charlotte Olympia founded her London-based shoes and accessories brand in 2008, encouraging women to “dress from the feet up” with designs that draw on old-world Hollywood glamor. Her design philosophy is to create luxurious, feminine shoes and accessories with a sense of humour. Since then, the brand has become renowned for its unique, playful styles that have elevated many of her instantly recognisable designs to cult status The brand is influenced by classical Hollywood Cinema Glamour, pinups and movie stars from the 1940´s and 50s is made to let women shine and be herself. The brand has become known for the "island" platform Dolly pump, the Kitty flat and Perspex Pandora clutch box. All shoes and accessories are handcrafted in Italy.
